Add in sample blog pages, allow drafts, update major version of blades
- Used same technique as https://github.com/anyblades/subtle to include sampple starter blog pages from https://github.com/11ty/eleventy-base-blog
- Front matter draft: true prevents page from appearing in production builds
- updated @anyblades/blades to v2.2.0
